各种离子对血卟啉与牛血清白蛋白相互结合反应的影响研究

应用荧光法研究了水溶液体系中血卟啉与牛血清白蛋白分了间相互结合反应，其结合常数ＫＡ＝２．２×１０＾４，结合位置数为１．依据Ｆｏｒｓｔｅｒ非辐射能量转移机理，探讨了血卟啉与牛血清白蛋白相互结合时，其给体－受体间距离和能量转移效率，进一步研究了各种离子与牛血清白蛋白的结合反应，其结合淬灭能力大小顺序为Ｃｒ（Ⅵ）〉Ｆｅ＾３＋〉Ｃｕ＾２＋〉ＮＯ２〉Ｂｒ＾－，并探讨不同阴，阳离子及血卟啉与牛血清白蛋白间相互     

Synthesis, crystal structure and magnetic property of the novel dinuclear nickel(II) complex with 4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-3,5-bis(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole

A novel dinuclear nickel(II) complex, [Ni₂(MOBPT)₂Cl₂(H₂O)₂]Cl₂ · 7H₂O (MOBPT = 4-(p-methoxyphenyl) −3,5-bis(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal structure determination shows that the dinuclear Ni₂N₈ unit is almost planer in which each Ni^II ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from MOBPT equatorially and a water molecule and a chloride ion axially in a distorted octahedral geometry. Magnetic measurements reveal a relatively weak antiferromagnetic exchange in the complex.

塔板理论对柱内和柱外浓度分布曲线的描述

使用Visual Basic和QBasic程序，分别在Excel和DOS上，在不做任何化简的情况下，对塔板理论描述的柱内和柱外组分浓度分布进行了研究。发现符合线性分配的样品组分在色谱柱内存在3种不同的浓度分布形态，在色谱柱外则都是拖尾峰形态。分析了不同分配比对柱内和柱外浓度分布曲线最高点和次高点的影响。     

氢键构筑的新颖微孔配位聚合物[Co2(Hisor)2·(4,4′-bpy)2(H2O)2]·4,4′-bpy的合成与结构

A novel microporous coordination polymer [Co2(Hisor)2(4,4′-bpy)2(H2O)2]·4,4′-bpy was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system and space group is P2/n with a=1.040 6(3) nm, b=1.138 8(4) nm, c=1.854 7(6) nm, β=102.991(6)°, V= 2.141 6(12) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.443 Mg/m3, Mr=930.62, μ=0.842 mm-1, F(000)=952, GOF= 1.072, R=0.065 4, wR=0.146 8[I>2σ(I)]. There are two crystallographically independent Co(Ⅱ) ions in the title complex. The Hisor2- and 4,4′-bpy link the metal ions into 2D grids with dimension of 0.522 3 nm×1.138 8 nm. There are O—H…O and N—H…O hydrogen bonds in the complex resulting in the formation of 3D network with 1D channels, in which are free 4,4′-bpy molecules.     

A mild and efficient cyanosilylation of ketones catalyzed by a Lewis acid-Lewis base bifunctional catalyst

A new family of bifunctional catalysts (N-oxides-Ti(OⁱPr)₄ (2:1)) containing a Lewis acid and a Lewis base was developed and applied to the catalytic cyanosilylation of ketones. Utilizing rac((1R,2S) and (1S,2R))-1-(2′-pyridylmethyl)-2-diphenylhydroxymethylpyrrolidine N-oxide-titanium (2:1) complex and N-benzyl-diethanolamine N-oxide-titanium (2:1) complex as catalysts, the cyanosilylation products were obtained in 42-97% yield. Based on experimental phenomena and kinetic studies, a catalytic cycle was proposed to explain the remarkable activities of these catalysts. Investigations indicated that rac((1R,2S) and (1S,2R))-1-(2′-pyridylmethyl)-2-diphenylhydroxymethylpyrrolidine N-oxide-titanium (2:1) complex and N-benzyl-diethanolamine N-oxide-titanium (2:1) complex should promote the reaction via a dual activation of the ketone by the titanium and TMSCN by the N-oxide.     

动态单滴法研究乳状液液膜的稳定性

乳状液液膜作为化学分离的一种手段,自七十年代发现以来已有了许多进展,但是如何将其工业化还有许多课题有待于进一步研究.目前,除了乳状液液膜的水静态渗透性质以外,对乳状液液膜的稳定性和溶胀性质的研究主要采用搅拌法.虽然得到较好的规律性,但是搅拌法具有乳状液滴粒径分布广的弱点,对于不同的搅拌方式及条件,乳状液液膜的有效面积不同,对液膜作用的机械强度不同,因此结果会有很大差别.我们自行设计的动态单滴法实验装置,可定量地研究乳状液液膜的溶胀、稳定性及水渗透性质.

With the imaging fluorescence probe of Ca2+ (fluo-3) and a laser scanning confocal micro-scope, the spontaneous localized calcium release event was first discovered in resting rat cardiac myocytes by Cheng[1] in 1993. <正> 由不同催化体系制得的聚1,2-丁二烯,由于其立体规整性(如等规、间规和无规)不同,其形态、热学性质也会有所不同。关于它们的热学性质文献报道不多。我们曾报道,由三乙酰基丙酮钴-三异丁基铝-二硫化碳催化体系制备的间规聚1,2-丁二烯是晶态的;而由正丁基锂和MoCl_4OR-(i-Bu),AlOR′制得的是无规聚1,2-丁二烯;是非晶态     

Sesquiterpenoids and Phenylpropane Derivatives from Sonchus uliginosus

Six new compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Sonchus uliginosus, including three eudesmane‐type sesquiterpenoids (1β,6α)‐1,6,14‐trihydroxyeudesm‐3‐en‐12‐oic acid γ‐lactone ( 1 ), (1β,6α)‐1,6,14‐trihydroxyeudesma‐3,11(13)‐dien‐12‐oic acid γ‐lactone ( 2 ), and (1β,6α)‐1,6‐dihydroxy‐14‐O‐[(4‐hydroxyphenyl)acetyl]eudesma‐3,11(13)‐dien‐12‐oic acid γ‐lactone ( 3 ), and three phenylpropane derivatives, 4‐hydroxy‐γ,3,5‐trimethoxybenzenepropanol ( 6 ), γ,3,4,5‐tetramethoxybenzenepropanol ( 7 ), and γ,3,4,5‐tetramethoxybenzenepropanol acetate ( 8 ), together with the two known compounds 4 and 5 . The new structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods, such as IR, EI‐MS, HR‐ESI‐MS, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and by comparison of the spectroscopic data with those reported for structurally related compounds.
